By accessing and using Odinshot ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
AI Video Studio is an artificial intelligence-powered platform that provides video generation, image creation, and media processing services. The platform uses advanced AI models to create content based on user prompts and inputs.
Odinshot is an independent platform that provides access to third-party AI models through its own interface. Odinshot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators of those models. All third-party product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree that you will not:
• Create or maintain more than one account at a time
• Create an account using false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Create a new account after your account has been terminated by us
• Services are provided on a credit-based system or subscription basis
• Payments are processed securely through our merchant of record
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again
• Credits are non-refundable once used for content generation
• Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Failed generations: if a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits used are automatically returned to your balance. You are never charged for content we fail to deliver.
• Subscriptions: a new subscription is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase only if no credits have been spent (i.e. no generations have been made on the plan).
• Once any credits have been used, the subscription is non-refundable, as the service value has already been delivered.
• One-time credit top-up packs are non-refundable once purchased, as they are consumable.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our merchant of record. To request a refund, contact support@odinshot.com.
• Credits may only be used for generating content on Odinshot; they are not redeemable for cash or any other goods or services.
• Credits may not be transferred to other users.
• Unused subscription credits do not carry forward after your subscription ends.
• After your subscription ends, you lose access to paid credits. One-time credit pack purchases remain on your account and become accessible again when you have an active subscription.
You agree NOT to use the service for:
• Generating sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind, including AI-generated content
• Generating illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Creating deepfakes, face-swap, face-manipulation, or misleading content without disclosure
• Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or interfere with content moderation systems
• Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Harassment, spam, or malicious activities
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

You retain ownership of content you create using our service. However, by using the service, you grant us a license to process and store your content for service provision. Generated content may be subject to the training data and AI model licensing terms.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.
Odinshot provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time, but payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
